Shape Cellvara while it is still taking shape.

We’re a small team building AI decision support for life-science R&D. Right now that means real problems, short feedback loops and work that directly changes what we build next. Here’s how you can get involved.

Bachelor’s / Master’s Thesis: B2B Go-to-Market Strategy & Customer Development

We’re looking for a Bachelor’s or Master’s student interested in B2B sales, business development and go-to-market (GTM) strategy in the life-sciences industry.

About the opportunity

At Cellvara, we’re building an AI-powered decision-support platform that helps life-science teams design better experiments, troubleshoot failures and make more informed research decisions.

We’re currently iterating on our MVP and preparing for pilot collaborations. As part of this, we’d like to explore how an early-stage technology startup can effectively enter the B2B life-sciences market.

Proposed thesis topic

Developing and Validating a B2B Go-to-Market Strategy for an AI Decision-Support Platform in the Life Sciences

Potential research areas

  • Market research, customer segmentation and ideal customer profile (ICP) development
  • B2B customer discovery and understanding purchasing decisions in biotech and pharmaceutical companies
  • Development and evaluation of customer outreach and acquisition strategies
  • Testing value propositions, messaging and sales channels
  • Identifying barriers to AI adoption and opportunities for pilot collaborations
  • Developing an evidence-based GTM strategy
